Why I Wrote Name It What You Feel

Sometimes life puts us in situations that are hard to bear. Moments when words fail to express our deepest feelings. For me, writing this book was not a choice, but a necessity—the only way I could release everything that was boiling inside me.

Name It What You Feel is a true story, written without exaggeration, without change. Every word you read in it comes from my deepest wounds and most authentic emotions. This book was written in three weeks, not out of haste, but because the pain and sorrow I was carrying left me no choice but to put it all on paper.

Writing: A Way Through the Pain

Sometimes, the pain runs so deep that silence becomes our only refuge—suppressed emotions, memories too painful to revisit, and words we’ve never had the courage to say out loud.

For me, writing this book was like unlocking a part of myself that had been shut for far too long. With every page I wrote, it felt like a weight was slowly being lifted. And when I finally reached the end, I felt lighter—as if some of the pain had been released through the words.

But in that final moment, a question echoed in my mind:

Should this story remain only mine, or could my pain possibly light the way for someone else?

The truth is, sometimes one bitter experience can change the course of our lives forever.

But the real question is:

Did we learn what we were meant to from that experience?

Or are we still carrying the same heavy memory, the same haunting feeling, without ever truly healing from it?

And now, I ask you…

We all carry stories inside us—some we’ve told, and some we’ve buried deep within our hearts.

Maybe you’ve also lived through a moment that changed everything; a moment that still lingers in your heart and has forever altered the way you see the world.

I chose to share my story through this book. Not because it was easy, but because I knew that pain left in silence only grows heavier.

And what about you?

Do you have a story inside you that you’ve never been able to express?

Have you learned a lesson through heartbreak or loss that still stays with you?

I’d love to hear from you.

Write your thoughts, share your feelings, or even just say, “I understand.”

Sometimes, that one simple sentence is enough to create a connection between us.

In the end…

Maybe our pains are alike—maybe we’ve both experienced silent, yet deeply rooted suffering.

But remember this: You are stronger than your pain.

Be brave. Face it. Walk through the darkness.

Your victory is closer than you think
